Many people make resolutions each year .. an intention to make a change. I prefer making goals because I’m ambitious and I believe I can achieve a desired result from my research and hard work.
Make sure your intention is to achieve a desired result that will help you grow. Losing weight is not an intention to achieve your ambition. But it is still a good intention that will help you grow.
Know the difference so you can make it happen because dreams can and do come true.
